Meditation — Voice — Presence

Meditation comes from the Latin meditārī: to practice inwardly, to reflect, to dwell.

In my work, meditation is not a withdrawal from the world, but a gentle arrival in the present moment.

Sound becomes the path. The voice becomes space. The breath reminds the mind of its natural openness.

Through the practices of Dhrupad, Naad Yoga, and silent meditation, a listening beyond words begins to unfold. Tone carries awareness — not as an object, but as living presence.

With repeated inner dwelling, perception becomes clear. Effort softens. What remains is simplicity.

Meditation no longer belongs only to sitting. It continues in walking, in singing, in silence,
and gradually in life itself.

Sound and silence are not opposites. They arise from the same source.
